2 sick boys!

Sad day here at The Thompson household..normally we look forward to weekends and spend as much time doing fun things with Zachary. Well not this weekend, as I have 2 sick boys...my hubby has a cold, and Zachary with the flu! PLUS Ian has to work tomorrow...taking away one of our weekend play days. It stinks because Saturdays are the day Ian makes breakfast for Zach and I, and I get to sleep in a bit! But when work calls..you gotta go! Zach is alot better today, and the health nurse came to check in on him. Apparently he has grown 3 inches since she last measured him. WOW! Ian smartly asked how tall he is now, and stupidly, I didn't ask that, just took the 3 inches taller thing! Will have to ask her to write down the measurements for me next time! The proof of the growth is also in his feet...he was wearing size 6 shoes for what seems like the last few months with lots of room in them..now they are getting tight! I remember when his foot was the size of my thumb..now its almost 3 times that big! CRAZY! I guess that he gets that from me, his size 11 foot momma!
